# Confirming your installation appointment

We will send you an email confirming the details of your installation, within three days of your order being completed.

If you haven’t received it within 3 days, please check your spam folder. (You might want to add us to your contacts to avoid this in the future.) If you can’t locate it, or if you need to reschedule your appointment, please [contact us](https://helpcentre.distributel.ca/contact-us?hsLang=en).
