Accessing MyAccount

MyAccount lets you manage all your Distributel services in one place and from your computer, tablet, or smartphone: 

  • Access your Distributel account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Track the progress of your recent order
  • View your account balance and make a payment
  • Set up and manage your pre-authorized payment details
  • View your billing history
  • Sign up for e-billing to receive your monthly invoices by email
  • Update your address for the Home Phone 911 service

To access MyAccount, click here, and a new tab will open. We'd suggest you bookmark this page for quick access.

  1. Enter the email address you used to register to MyAccount.
  2. Type in your password.
  3. Check the Keep me logged in
  4. Click Login.

Forgot your password?

  1. Go to the MyAccount login page
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account, then click Continue. We'll send a link to create a new password.

Forgot your username/login email?

  1. Go to the MyAccount login page.
  2. Click Forgot username?
  3. Please enter your account number, and postal code, then click Continue. We will provide you with the email associated with your account, which you can use to log in.
