MyAccount lets you access and manage all your Distributel services on your computer, tablet or smartphone:
- Update your account profile, contact information and password
- View your current bill and billing history
- View record of service changes
- Make a payment
- Update your preauthorized payment details
- Update address for Home Phone 911 service
- Access your webmail
If you are a new customer and set up your order by phone, follow these steps to register for MyAccount:
- You’ll receive a welcome email from us within 24 hours. It will be sent to the email we have for your account. (If you can’t see it, you might need to check your spam or junk folder.)
- Click the link in the email to register.
C - Enter the order number (beginning with W) we gave you during your phone order.
D - Type your new easy-to-remember password.
E - Re-confirm the password and click Continue.
F - Check and confirm your payment details.
G - Please review the Terms & Conditions; enter your first and last name and click Confirm to complete your registration.
If you are a new customer and set up your order online, follow these steps to register for MyAccount:
- You’ll receive a welcome email from us within 24 hours. It will be sent to the email we have for your account. (If you can’t see it, you might need to check your spam or junk folder.)
- Click the link in the email to register.
C - Enter the email you used to place the order.
D - Enter the order number (beginning with W) that is in the payment confirmation email you received the day of your order.
E - Type and confirm your new easy-to-remember password and click Continue
F - Please review the Terms & Conditions; enter your first and last name and click Confirm to complete your registration.

If you are an existing customer, follow these steps to register for MyAccount:
Go to MyAccount, and click on Sign Up.
B - Enter your first and last name.
C - Enter the email address and phone number for your Distributel account.
D - Enter your payment details.
E - Complete the bot test and click Submit.
We’ll send an email link to create an easy-to-remember password. That's it. You’re now all set!
